LAVENO E DINTORNI: Laveno is a nice little town on the east side of Lago Maggiore. It lies on a sheltered gulf and has a wonderful view on the Isole Borromee and the Alps.
Laveno is near to Varese (about 20 minutes), to Milano and Lugano (about 1 hour), to Malpensa airport (45 minutes) and numerous ferries take people to Verbania and the west side of the lake. You can reach the town even by train.
Near Laveno there is Mombello and to the south the old villages of Cerasolo and Cerro, famous for its beach and the ceramics museum.

| House details
Villa Cerro is a romantic typical house of the lake, with a wonderful garden ahead and a kitchen garden behind. The house is big, there are wide halls, antique furniture and some old stoves. From the windows on the upper floor you can see the lake, as the house stands just in front of the beach and the promenade.
Near the house, bar, restaurant and a little shop.

Useful information
The house is composed by:
on the first floor: 1 big living room which looks to the garden and is connected with few stairsteps to the kitchen and the dining room (where there is the wood stove), 1 bathroom and an outside covered veranda.
On the second floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace.
Free Public parking in front of the house, except for week-ends.
