This panoramic apartment (on 2 levels) is 90 mq in size.
The living area has a kitchen corner equipped with fridge, 4 burners kitchen range, oven and dishwaher.
The sleeping area is separated by curtains. There are some steps down to the fully equipped bathroom.
Furthers steps lead down to another room with a beautiful granite basin giving direct access to the garden.
This is used as a lemon house in winter and during summer time may become a bedroom for the childrens.
All the apartments have their own heating and are available all year round. Internet connection available and included. The garden is best seen from March to May.
Each apartment has a parking space in the garden, a washing machine and ironing facilities (condominial facilities).
The following included services may be required in advance: an aluminium motor boat, a boat with 4 oars, two bicycles.
The garden, the beach and the boat dock are accessible except when there is a wedding or a convention being held (in the circumstances, a part of garden is always available for the apartments). The villa may be visited upon request.
