The apartment is 95 mq in size.
The kitchen/dining area is barrel vaulted ceiling has been created out of the 18th century wood shed and comes equipped wish dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking range with 4 burners.
The livingroom has a direct access on the own terracce and the double bedroom is separed by curtains. In the apartment can sleep also 1 or 2 children in sofa bed or child's coat.
The bathroom is at the lower level, where there was once an old brick lined weel, is equipped with tub.
All the apartments have their own heating and are available all year round. Internet connection available and included. The garden is best seen from March to May.
Each apartment has a parking space in the garden, a washing machine and ironing facilities (condominial facilities).
The following included services may be required in advance: an aluminium motor boat, a boat with 4 oars, two bicycles. The garden, the beach and the boat dock are accessible except when there is a wedding or a convention being held (in the circumstances, a part of garden is always available for the apartments). The villa may be visited upon request.
